By the systematic pursuit of a zero-defect philosophy, our products are subjected to quality control after each work step. We implement this philosophy through consistent quality planning already in the early stages of a project by qualified quality engineers and project managers. Failure prevention is more important than problem solving. All results are documented carefully. In the final inspection, the castings are checked for compliance with the properties specified by the customer in the technical drawings. Each batch is metallurgically analyzed and documented. This guarantees the flawless quality of our precision-cast components.
Inspection and test methods for investment casting
We rely on a variety of non-destructive and destructive tests in-house and/or at certified test laboratories:
- visual inspection
- complete spectral analysis of each casting batch
- mechanical/physical properties
- metallographic examination
- digital radioscopy / X-ray
- penetration test (PT) / magnetic particle test (MT)
- dimensional inspection by means of coordinate measuring machine / gauges

All test and measuring equipment is subject to constant monitoring.
